What we collect
- Purchases: your name, email, billing country/address and order details, collected by Stripe at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
- Free checklist signups: your email address, the page you signed up from, the date, and your approximate country.
- Downloads: a count of downloads per purchased file, used to prevent link sharing and to support refunds and disputes.
How we use it
To deliver your purchase, provide support, process refunds, prevent fraud, and, for checklist subscribers, send occasional practical IT ops emails. You can unsubscribe any time by replying "unsubscribe" or emailing us.
Who processes it
Stripe (payments and receipts), Cloudflare (website, file storage and delivery), and Resend (transactional email). We don't sell your information.
Cookies
This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe may use cookies on its checkout pages for fraud prevention.
